Hot dogs at nearby Taco. Mando are a must-try! The hotel staff genuinely make you feel special, going above and beyond, like lugging a fridge to your room upon request. The cleanliness of the rooms, despite being dated, impressed me.

Check-in was a touch quirky. one guy was glued to his phone, but thankfully, his colleague came to the rescue—talk about teamwork!

stayed in a “suite” with a bathroom that smelled like sewage, so delightful! only one towel for four people, I thought I would at least receive a complimentary upgrade, but no. the front desk staff acted confused about my reservation—so professional! I almost left a good review, but I just couldn’t, such a shame!

My stay at Holiday Inn Guadalajara Select By Ihg was delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring my every need was met. The breakfast buffet offered a lovely variety of options including a fantastic omelette station, and the rooftop pool had beautiful views of the city.

The hotel boasts spacious rooms with impressive city views and attentive lobby staff. However, service during mealtime fell short as the restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to mistakes with billing. An unexpected parking process at night was also somewhat frustrating, making for a mixed experience overall.

The hotel was accessible and clean, which made our stay with babies much easier. The breakfast was impressive, with options like made-to-order eggs and smoothies. We enjoyed the location. it was perfect for catching a soccer game at Estadio Jalisco.

My wife says that the limited food options for children were disappointing.
